Hardware questions
Who owns managed hardware?
We do, for the 36-month term. At the end of the term it’s refreshed with current equipment, or you can return it or buy it at a price we quote.
What if a managed device breaks?
We diagnose it remotely and repair or replace it — usually by the next business day when a spare is in stock locally. Accidental damage, loss and theft aren’t covered.
What happens to our old equipment?
We securely wipe it and can provide a certificate of data destruction.
